Jihad and Terrorism (Part Seven)

On today's edition of PTIB Jimmy DeYoung will speak with Ken Timmerman in Washington who will help us understand the details behind the geo-political headlines in our world today. Jimmy and Ken will discuss the Iranian military threat to "wipe Tel Aviv off the map"; the fears that are growing for the Syrian Christians kidnapped by IS and how the Iranian military chief is operating in Iraq.

This morning, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel addressed a joint session of Congress. President Obama was very much opposed to this event and certain Democratic legislators boycotted the session. Even Secretary of State John Kerry warned how this might subvert negotiations taking place between the U.S. and Iran. Joining Jim from Serbia to discuss this was Dr. Jimmy DeYoung. Dr. DeYoung is a student of Bible prophecy, conference speaker and an expert on the Middle East. He leads a ministry called Prophecy Today and has spent many years living in Israel as well as having led many trips there. He constantly monitors news regarding Israel and the Middle East and provides a unique blend of political, biblical and prophetic insight that is absent from the media today.

There are points in our lives when we may face what appears to be an impossible situation. But the Bible teaches that all things are possible with God. At the pool of Bethesda, Jesus performed the impossible.

Kristen Waggoner serves as Senior Vice President of Legal Services with Alliance Defending Freedom, leading their legal and media efforts. She has participated as counsel and prevailed in several high-profile constitutional cases dealing with matters such as same-sex marriage, pharmacist conscience rights and clergy-parishioner privilege. Barronelle Stutzman of Richland, Washington, is a 70 year old grandmother and the sole owner of Arlene's Flowers, a shop started by her mother. According to Kristen, Barronelle loves to serve her customers and her goal is to make friends with them and help them celebrate the important events in their lives. Barronelle met and became friends with a man named Rob Ingersoll about 10 years ago. While understanding Barronelle's religious stance, he nonetheless identified himself to her as a homosexual. Knowing these things about each other they became good friends and worked well together.

Jimmy and Dave will talk about the removal of even the mention of "Satan and/or demons". This trend started in the Church of England and has spread across the ocean to America, even into so-called "conservative churches". This is truly a program you don't want to miss.
