Guest: Mike Gendron. Mike Gendron was just cancelled as a keynote speaker at a prophecy conference by the coordinator who accused him of believing in Calvinism. Mike explains that he is not a Calvinist and simply because he believes what the Bible teaches about predestination does not make him a Calvinist. Mike explains that true Christians need to stop dividing with each other over Biblical truth but sit down and discuss the topic. That is exactly what Brannon and Mike do as they look at the verses in the Bible that deal with both the responsibility of man as well as election or predestination. The Bible even has two verses in Matthew 11 that are right next to each other that reveal predestination as well as the responsibility of man. Today Brannon gives examples of the responsibility of man as they look at verses in Hebrews 6 & 10. A young man also called into the program today that further proves the responsibility of man as this young man believes he is not saved but wants to know the truth. Topic: We take many call from listeners.

Rating Sermons: If you were given score card, how would you rate sermons? What if you used the Movie Ratings?

Today on PTIB it's a Middle East News Up-date from Dave Dolan. Jimmy DeYoung will discuss with Dave a number of ME issues, including Israel's concern about it's Arab neighbors meeting with Russian President Putin in Moscow; Putin promising to build nuclear reactors in their nations, realizing that the fuel from these reactors could become "weapons grade uranium; an Iranian official saying that Israel will be annihilated; North Korea as a threat to Israel; and PA President Abbas building a $13 million "Presidential Palace" in Ramallah.

“The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.” These words from Psalm 19 shed light on the educating power of the Scriptures. Wisdom floods our souls as we sit under its instruction, and we all can be “Changed by the Word.”

Description: A 9th abortion related video has been released by the Center for Medical Progress. Brad Mattes noted that these videos have done more to educate the public about the truth concerning Planned Parenthood than his efforts over the past two decades.

Mike continues this miniseries titled "Run From Hell." Like it or not, the Bible emphatically teaches that Hell is a place of literal and continual suffering. Did Jesus, Love Incarnate, teach that Hell was true? Is God in Hell? If so, how? Does ‘eternal’ mean conditional mortality? Sober truths that should lead to praise and evangelism. Unbelievers, repent before it is too late.

Today on PTIB Jimmy DeYoung goes to the catbird seat in Washington to have a conversation with Ken Timmerman, on geo-political events happening around the world. These two will discuss the concern of the Israeli government over the meeting in Moscow between President Putin and a number of Middle Eastern leaders; in the meeting in Moscow, Putin promised assistance to these leaders in acquiring nukes which could provide these nations "weapons-grade uranium"; the White House fudging on the reports of how the fight against IS is going well; and an Iranian official that says Israel will be annihilated ; and how a child dressed as a "jihadii" beheads his "teddy bear".

Each believer needs the Word of God on a daily basis, just like we need food and water. We need to develop an appetite for the Bible, but sin can curb that appetite. Let’s make the way clear for the Word of God to do its work.

Brannon explains that he recently discovered a fourth reason he is so uncomfortable with all the prayer rallies that are for the purpose of revival. Once you hear the reason you will likely agree. The emphasis of the organizers of such rallies has almost without exception not been to pray for the will of God to be done but to declare that the rallies themselves could cause God to respond in a certain manner. Such thinking is pagan to the core and is really part of white magic because it ultimately says that God is an agent of man and when man does something God is obliged to respond in the way man desires. How is such thinking any different than that of the New Agers that teach god is a force or energy field that they use to their advantage? If you doubt this type of theology is behind these prayer rallies then listen to what the National Day of Prayer website declares as to the reason for prayer. Topic: Hear the audio of Glenn Beck describing how David Barton told him that the Third Great Awakening has begun. David Barton could not be more wrong! You cannot have a Biblical revival or Biblical, spiritual awakening when people like Barton and Beck are proclaiming false theology and uniting in unbiblical, spiritual enterprises that God's Word declares will bring the opposite of God's blessing as described in 2 Corinthians 6:14-17. Topic: Our phone lines light up with callers wanting to respond.

Description: A Rowan County, Kentucky, clerk is being asked to appear in federal court tomorrow to defend her religious liberty because her conscience will not allow her to issue same-sex marriage licenses.

This is a very controversial subject and this conversation will give you insight as to what is Biblical in the movement.
