Topic: Hardly a week goes by that conservatives don’t find themselves being disappointed by another personality or institution that is giving credibility to the Marxianity that is engulfing evangelicalism. Brannon and Tom discuss Patrick Henry College recently sponsoring a forum with Marvin Olasky of World Magazine interviewing Justin Giboney of the And Campaign. The And Campaign is run by two Obama, Democratic operatives that are seeking to infiltrate evangelicalism for the 2020 election voters. Olasky not only praises Giboney but does not push back when Giboney recommends people read radical Van Jones. It’s tough to grow in the Christian life without the assurance that you are a child of God. Some say salvation can be lost, regained, and then lost again. There’s no assurance there! Let’s address the crucial question of how to know we have eternal life.

Last Friday a shooting occurred at a naval air station in Pensacola, Florida, and Crosstalk identified the killer as an airman from Saudi Arabia.  Reports indicate that he entered the U.S. in August of 2017 relatively new to the aviation training ‘pipeline.’ Prior to the shooting he allegedly condemned the U.S. as evil.  Six Saudi’s were arrested after the attack including 3 who were allegedly filming it.

Breaking this all down was Usama Dakdok.  Usama is the founder of the Straight Way of Grace Ministry.  He’s the speaker on the daily radio broadcast, ‘Revealing the Truth About Islam.’ He speaks fluent Arabic and has translated the Qur’an into English.  Usama is the author of ‘Exposing the Truth About the Qur’an’ and the newly released, ‘Exposing the Truth About Jihad.’

Usama described the shooter, Mohammed Saeed Alshamrani, as a true Muslim.  This is due to the fact that what he believed is built upon Islamic doctrine; the word of Allah in the Qur’an and the command of Mohammed in the Hadith.  So we can’t call people like Mr. Alshamrani, or anyone who practices Islam, an evil Muslim. Instead, according to such teachings, Mr. Alshamrani had the right to hate America because to such individuals, the U.S. is the ‘Great Satan.’

On this informative program you’ll hear the answers to the following:

–How does Usama get around the fact that one of the shooting victims was Muslim?

–What are we to make of comments from the shooter’s uncle?

–How should we view students and others here in America from Saudi Arabia?

–Is it possible that this had nothing to do with Islam and the shooter was just mentally unstable?

Listeners also contributed by presenting their opinions and questions.

 THE VEXATION OF LOT

Chris discusses the Biblical concept of righteous indignation against the wicked, and the sense of anger or “horror” that saints in the Scripture describe when beholding those that do evil. The apostle Peter wrote of the struggles of Lot in ancient Sodom and Gomorrah and how the people there “vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds” (2 Peter 2:8). We consider these things as we discuss the progress of the totalitarian transgender movement in the Western world. We listen to audio of conservative British journalist, Katie Hopkins who reveals that the trans movement in England has reached the point that now schools can “transition” children from boy to girl (and visa versa) without the consent of parents. Furthermore, Hopkins claims this movement is coming to America.

"The attack at Naval Air Station Pensacola reveals all the problems in this war. A Saudi Arabian Air Force Lieutenant kills four and wounds many others while several other Saudi Arabian nationals film the event.  Remember 15 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 were Saudis.  The Saudi Ambassador to the US and his wife gave money directly from their accounts to a handler for two of the 9/11 hijackers.  Saudi is the seat of Islam in the world and is an enemy to the free world.  Listen to get deeper details.  UnderstandingtheThreat.com"

Ken Timmerman comes to the Broadcast Table here on PTIB to join Jimmy DeYoung, and to give Jimmy a report on geo-political events happening around this world. Today, Jimmy and Ken will discuss the details behind the tension-filled NATO meeting this last week, a Summit, in London; how Turkey is making a move to take over the Mediterranean, with the help of Libya; why the protests in Iran are taking place at this time; Iran's up-tick in their battle against the US and Israel; and other issues as well.

In Greek, the word “witness” is the word known in English as “martyr.” In the early church, dying for Christ went hand in hand with being His witness. Paul the Apostle went to his death in Rome sealing that witness with his blood.

As believers in Christ we are to be in this world, but not of this world.  Unfortunately, this world is having an impact upon believers rather than believers having an impact on the world.  That brings up a question: What do we allow to entertain us on Saturday, that would repulse us if it happened in church on Sunday?

In order to answer that question, a month ago Crosstalk introduced listeners to a new film, ‘Power of the Air.’  This is a film that likely steps on many toes because it challenges us in a very unique way to examine what we allow into our lives.  We’ve had much response from all over the nation pertaining to this film and that’s why we invited Dave Christiano back to Crosstalk.

Dave is a Christian film director, producer, writer and distributor.  At one time he was destined to Hollywood with high hopes and big dreams, but God had a higher calling on his life to produce Christian films which he’s been doing for close to 35 years.

After presenting his personal testimony, Dave gave details concerning how Hollywood and the media affects believers.  That’s the basic story line for ‘Power of the Air.’ More specifically, it goes like this:

A missionary from Africa comes to the United States and shares with a concerned Christian how he feels the church in America is being deceived and in great danger.  The Christian is very convicted by what he hears, makes a significant change in his life, and then sets forth a plan to reach his city with the gospel. He faces unexpected challenges, costs, and struggles to execute his idea, plus the uncertainty of knowing if his effort will produce any results.  This film is about the power of Hollywood and the media and how it affects your life.

‘Power of the Air’ isn’t just another ‘religious’ or so-called ‘faith-based’ film.  It’s an evangelistic film, it presents the truth about eternity, it’s self-examining and it’s a tool that is helpful in opening the eyes and bringing a perspective that people haven’t thought of.

Dr. Pry discusses the 78th anniversary of Pearl Harbor and how many in our military did not believe the aircraft carriers would be the future of battle. This is one reason why America was not prepared with Japan used their aircraft carriers to launch the planes that attacked Pearl Harbor. Dr. Pry uses this to reveal how our military leaders have a history of being behind the curve on the clear and present threats from our national enemies.

On PTIB today Jimmy DeYoung has a conversation with Dave James on the issue of "same-sex sexual relations". Jimmy and Dave discuss the concern that many Christians are accepting that these norms are being accepted in the Church; that those who say they are Christians are perverting the Bible, and using it to prove their slant on God's Word; and what the Lord really says about "same-sex sexual relationships".
