Topic: Brannon refutes with facts the liberalism and fake news of the social justice warriors concerning illegal immigrants and the caravans that are flooding America’s borders. Hear the audio of a college student at a Christian university as she blames America for the crisis in Mexico. Topic: Mexico has a serious crime problem and perhaps one reason for this is because Mexico only has one legal gun store in the entire country and purchasing a gun is super difficult. Mexico’s gun police is a perfect example of how crime explodes when criminals have guns and the honest citizens being victimized do not. Topic: Hear the audio of Al Mohler trying to refute the truth about his cultural marxist agenda, work, and alliances. Topic: Hear a new audio of Ligon Duncan of Reformed Theological Seminary declaring he is worried about evangelicalism pushing their grandchildren into the arms of the LGBTQ community. Then listen as the next week Ligon Duncan recommends the book of same-sex attracted anglican priest Sam Allberry that is in fact pushing the mainstreaming of the LGBTQ community into the mainstream of evangelical churches.

Israel Focus: Israel and the Escalated Syrian Threat. We are joined by Jimmy DeYoung (Prophecy Today). Topics discussed include: Egypt Warns Hamas. Iran, Iraq, Syria Conspire. Syria Threatens Israel. Celebrating Purim.

Islamophobia Fact or Fiction Program #47. In this program Usama Dakdok refutes the propaganda of Mr. Jaylani Hussein who is the executive director of CAIR Minnesota.

Today on PTIB Jimmy DeYoung has at his Broadcast Table Itamar Marcus, the Director of Palestinian Media Watch, an organization that monitors the Palestinian media in Israel. Jimmy and Itamar will discuss what the Palestinian media has really been saying to the Palestinian people; that they have been using Children's programing to tell these little ones that the State of Israel will soon disappear and there will only be the State of Palestine; also a detailed report on the radical Palestinians and their activities on the Temple Mount; they want another Mosque on the Temple; and the possibility of a Jewish synagogue on the Temple Mount, as well.

Imprisoned for two years, Paul was finally on his way to Rome, knowing he faced almost certain death, but not before taking the Gospel to the heart of the world’s dominant empire. He pled his case before Rome’s king in Israel, seizing the moment to make sure the Gospel was preached.

Marty Zide is the director of the Midwest Messianic Center. As a Jew, Marty placed his trust in Jesus as his Messiah in December, 1971.

Marty began by noting that while it’s not as well known as Passover or Hanukkah, Purim is a festive Jewish holiday that revolves around the book of Esther. This was during the time when Nebuchadnezzar and the Babylonians had been taken over by the Medo-Persians.

During this time, a hatred toward the Jews was developing, although it wasn’t the first time. We saw such hatred from Pharaoh as he felt the Jews were becoming too powerful.

Many Crosstalk listeners are familiar with the narrative of Esther and the involvement of Haman, a man who hated the Jews and wanted them to bow down to him. Marty went through the narrative, also involving Mordecai and Queen Esther (Mordecai’s cousin), explaining how this is the basis for the important Jewish holiday of Purim. It’s the remembrance of how God delivered the Jewish people from a wicked man who wanted to destroy them.

As this program continued, discussion moved through the Abrahamic covenant and its impact on the world and the Jew/Gentile relationship, indoctrination and anti-Semitism being taught in schools, Scripture that proves Israel can never be destroyed, how God made the rejection of Christ by the Jews the opening of the door of salvation for the Gentiles, and much more.

Today Dave Dolan has a Middle East News Up-date on PTIB, as he sits with Jimmy DeYoung at the Broadcast Table. Jimmy and Dave will give us all an up-date on the Hamas rocket attack on Tel Aviv, the first attack by Hamas on Tell Aviv since 2014; how the Israeli Air Force responded to the Hamas rocket attack; Syria's threat to attack Israel if they don't withdraw all Israelis from the Golan Heights; Hizbullah says that Israel is afraid of a war with them, an Iranian-sponsored terrorist group; and an update on the upcoming national elections that will elect the Members of the Knesset and then the next Prime Minister of Israel.

PERSECUTION, JUDGE JEANINE & ISLAMOPHOBIA

Chris discusses the recent stories surrounding the recent attack on mosques in New Zealand, in contrast to the persecution of Christians in Nigeria, and the destruction of churches in many parts of the world. Why does Western media continue to ignore or marginalize the suffering of Christians? Will Western Civilization shake itself out of its slumber and begin to reassert its Christian heritage? Also discussed is the controversy involving Judge Jeanine Pirro, whose remarks against the Congresswoman, Ilhan Omar caused her show to be cancelled last week. Judge Jeanine confronted Omar’s anti-Semitic remarks, questioning their origin, since they are contrary to the beliefs of the Democratic Party; and questioned whether Omar’s wearing of the hijab was indicative of her adherence to Sharia law. Hear audio of Omar explaining to a Muslim journalist why she chooses to wear the hijab in America.

The Jews wanted Paul dead. But Paul appealed to Caesar and ended up in a Caesarea prison. After years passed, a new governor appealed to Rome’s King in Palestine, Herod Agrippa. In this message we see how the Gospel reaches an even broader audience.

Dr. Les Ollila is the founder and director of Building Great Leaders. It’s a ministry providing instruction, encouragement, and resources for Christian leaders. He’s a former pastor, staff evangelist, and former president of what was then known as Northland Baptist Bible College. He’s a member of the Board of Directors of VCY America.

Dr. Ollila defined bitterness as a fretted and irritated state of mind that keeps a person in perpetual animosity. It’s a dissatisfaction that is well developed and robs our soul of contentment.

He did make an important distinction. He noted that many times discontentment is really bitterness, but it’s not always that way. You see that with Hannah. She was discontented, yet she prayed out of the bitterness of her soul.

Another distinction he made was between relational bitterness (like we see in Shimei in his attack on David) and circumstantial bitterness (as we see with Naomi).

Is there a relationship between anger and bitterness? Dr. Ollila explained that when you look at Ephesians 4, bitterness and anger are mentioned in the same verse. So there has to be a connection. In these cases we are quenching/grieving the Spirit while at the same time God tells us to put away bitterness, wrath, anger and evil communication.

When engaged in perpetual animosity, this causes people to be unable to rejoice because their heart is heavy and this can sometimes be traced to a seething bitterness.

This Crosstalk uses the story of Ruth as a case study as it looks at the sources, symptoms, and solution to bitterness, and various sub-points within each of these categories.

Topic: President Trump’s Secretary of Education agrees to the United Nations global education plan for America’s school children that is part of Agenda 2030. Topic: Brannon explains how the Agenda 2030 document calls for teaching children social and emotional skills and globalist attitudes and values. The document also calls for tracking the worldview of students through school and into their careers. Brannon talks about how his 1995 book Reclaiming a Nation at Risk predicted this would happen and yet many people in 1995 thought such a prediction was conspiracy and crazy talk. Topic: America’s Secretary of Education Nancy DeVos calls for workforce development that includes merging the Department of Labor and the Department of Education which is very much like what the Tenth Plank of the Communist Manifesto that calls for merging education with industrial production. Topic: We take your calls.

Islamophobia or Islamic Friendly? The Danger of Ignoring the Truth. We are joined by Tom Wallace (Fortress of Faith). Topics discussed include: The New Zealand Mosque Shooting. Jeanine Pirro gets suspended from FOX News. Australian Senator blames Christchurch attack on Muslim immigration. The 3 Stages of Islam’s Advance.

Islamophobia Fact or Fiction Program #46. In this program Usama Dakdok refutes the propaganda of Mr. Jaylani Hussein who is the executive director of CAIR Minnesota.

In this episode Pastor Sam and Patrick Wyett break down the purpose and role for the three branches of government and explain why judicial activism is wrong.

The Left’s Plans for 2020 with Trevor Loudon (Author, Filmmaker)

America has become polarized on a massive scale.  In this week's boralogue, John looks at the extreme dichotomy in Congress, with ultra-radical leftists on one side versus the other side that's becoming more and more conservative.  This has resulted in a struggle by the establishment of both parties to regain control.  It has become oppressor versus oppressed and it will take a strong truth-based worldview to survive.

The Green New Deal sounds familiar because it's repackaged Agenda 21 language.  We welcome back Tom DeWeese (www.americanpolicy.org), Founder and President of the American Policy Center, who describes the plan to eliminate sovereignty and private property ownership embedded in the language of these agendas.

The World Council of Churches often send in volunteers to observe life "under the occupation" in Israel and then return to the U.S. to advocate for anti-Israel policies in their churches and communities.  Yona Schiffmiller (www.ngo-monitor.org), Research Director at NGO Monitor examines how the UN is involved and asks: is this anti-Israel or anti-Semitism or both?

If this isn't the End Times, it is definitely a convincing dress rehearsal.  Shane Idleman (www.shaneidleman.com), Founder and Lead Pastor at Westside Christian Fellowship in California, discusses how political correctness has influenced churches and sermons and advocates for a strong truth-based character for pastors moving forward.

John and Producer Steve finish off the show this week reviewing stories making news including a failed Brexit vote, Paul Manafort's sentencing, and an unfair, unequal system of justice.

John’s quote of the week:

"You see how intersectionality is affecting us.  It's becoming harder and harder to tell friend from foe, truth from narrative.  You cannot run a country or a society on intersectionality.  You just can't.  It results in nothing but chaos and disaster."
