Attributes of God - Omniscience Most theologically conservative evangelical Christians would affirm that God is omniscient, that He knows everything. What are some of the passages, though, that speak to this? We will look at some of these texts and also examine a direct challenge to the omniscience of God known as Open Theism. Open Theism is the belief that God knows all things past and present but does not know the future. We will discuss and biblically refute this error that is embraced by a surprising number of professing believers (please note use of term professing). We will discuss how, like the omnipresence of God, God's omniscience gives us reason to both tremble and be encouraged.
