Attributes of God - Omnipotence This week we will discuss the final of the 3 "Omni" attributes of God, His Omnipotence. God is all powerful. We have been taught this from the earliest days of Sunday School. But what exactly does this mean? What are the texts that teach that God is all powerful? Some, like Tony Campolo, deny that God is omnipotent. Campolo says that nowhere in the Hebrew Scriptures does it say that God is omnipotent. Is Campolo right? Are there limits to God's power? Are there things that God cannot do? We will examine all of these questions, look at the texts, and, by God's grace, come away from this look at God's omnipotence encouraged.
