Personhood and Deity of the Holy Spirit part 10

In Ephesians 5:18 the Apostle Paul says that we are to be filled with the Holy Spirit. But what exactly does this mean? The Bible teaches that all believers are indwelt by the Holy Spirit so does part of Him somehow leak out? And if so why? We will see that the filling of the Holy Spirit is misunderstood by most but it need not be. The answer, I trust, you will find refreshingly simple.
