John Whitcomb: September 6, 2016

Our speaker, Dr. John Whitcomb, is perhaps best known as one of the founding fathers of the modern Biblical creationism movement, so it is fitting that we open with questions on that subject from the 96th annual meeting of the Fundamental Baptist Fellowship International. It was held in June at the Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Indianapolis. We share this audio with thanks to both of these organizations.

We close with a portion of a program that we brought you last year by the title: “Alpha and Omega.” It utilized a sermon that Dr. Whitcomb presented to the people of Victory Baptist Church in Whiteland, Indiana, and we also thank them for permitting us to share it. Dr. Whitcomb shows how God is setting the stage for the fulfillment of Bible prophecy, then closes our first five years of radio ministry with a word of prayer.

Host Wayne Shepherd—on behalf of all of us at “Encounter God’s Truth”—thanks you for listening to this Bible-upholding broadcast as we endeavor to proclaim and explain that God’s Word is true from the beginning to the end. And thanks for “Celebrating Five Years of EGT”!
