The uproar continues over Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the Supreme Court.  David Harsanyi (www.thefederalist.com), Senior Editor at The Federalist, examines why leftists who oppose Judge Kavanaugh are more afraid of the Constitution than the man tasked with upholding it.

Understanding the past helps predict and possibly prevent calamity in the future.  Stephen Halbrook (www.independent.org), Senior Fellow at the Independent Institute, analyzes gun registration and confiscation in France just prior to Hitler's takeover and asks the question: what would gun confiscation look like if it were implemented in today's America?
