Jim began this edition of Crosstalk by laying out President-elect Donald Trump's agenda for his first 100 days. It includes:

--Propose a constitutional amendment to impose term-limits on all members of Congress.

--A hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce the federal workforce through attrition, exempting the military, public safety and public health.

--A requirement that for every new federal regulation, 2 existing regulations must be eliminated.

--A 5 year ban on White House and congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service.

--A lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign

government.

--A complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.

--Renegotiate NAFTA or withdraw from the deal under Article 2205.

--Withdraw from the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP)

--Direct the Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator.

--Direct the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative to identify all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers and direct them to use every tool under American and international law to end those abuses.

--Lift restrictions on the production of 50 trillion dollars worth of job

producing American energy reserves including shale, oil, natural gas and clean coal.

--Cancel billions in payments to United Nations climate change programs and use the money to fix America's water and environmental infrastructure.

--Cancel every unconstitutional executive action memorandum and order issued by President Obama.

--Begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on his list.

--Cancel all federal funding to sanctuary cities.

--Begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants and cancel visas to foreign countries that won't take them back.

--Suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur.

President-elect Trump has pledged to work with Congress on the following:

--The Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act.

--The Illegal Immigration Act.

--The Restoring Community Safety Act.

--The Restoring National Security Act.

--Clean Up Corruption in Washington Act.

After presenting this agenda, Jim read headlines, many of which show how President-elect Trump stands in the eyes of his opponents. For example:

--The Human Rights Campaign feels the Trump transition team is well-versed in anti-LGBTQ hate.

--There's concern that Trump's election win will hurt the globalist movement.

--Bernie Sanders is astounded that we now have a president that doesn't believe climate change is real.

--Trump reportedly preparing to jump-start a bill in Congress that would ban the Muslim Brotherhood by declaring it a terrorist organization.
