Chris discusses one of the key arguments of the Protestant Reformation where the application and interpretation of Romans chapter 13 is concerned: the difference between God’s moral will versus His providential will. The difference between what God has revealed through His commandments in the Law versus the circumstances that He has provided. It was this very principle that inspired our forefathers to oppose tyranny in government.
