Where is Israel on the Map?
If you've read these items over the last two years, you know I have issues with today's church. I thank God for the e-mails I get that say the writer's church is holding to truth; however, they are in the vast minority.
The topic that seems to be too "controversial" to deal with today is Israel. It divides. It causes confusion. It is a political issue, not a spiritual issue (what Bible are they reading?) The church has replaced Israel (Replacement Theology). So let me ask you some of the following questions:
When was the last time you heard your pastor, other church leaders, Sunday School teachers, or small group leaders--and friends and family. . . .
I could go on but I hope you get my point. Sure, these things are a part of the end-time scenario and are a part of the prophesied, "These things must happen." A lot of nasty things "must happen" but does that mean we don't stand against them and speak the truth? So you sound the message!
I want to discuss these issues this weekend on air with my guests. You can reply with brief answers that may be read. Remember, due to volume, I cannot possibly answer all e-mails. Learn much more about these topics at our "Israel" link on the Web site http://www.olivetreeviews.org/topics/israel.shtml If "Understanding the Times," our radio program, is not heard in your city, listen live Saturdays 9 to 11 AM CST, the rebroadcast Sunday, 12 to 2 PM at http://www.kkms.com/ We also podcast and every program goes up on our "radio archives" the Monday following the weekend broadcast. You can also inquire about being a CD subscriber for $30 a month. We have 2 to 3 years of radio programming archived on the Web site.
All of us at Olive Tree Ministries, staff, board members, and advisors, are so thankful for all of you this Thanksgiving season. You are a blessing and you give us what is needed to press on in a world not wanting to hear truth. We thank God for every remembrance of you.
Awaiting His return, Jan Markell
