Obama should have never been allowed to appear on a single presidential ballot, let alone set foot in the people's Oval Office. But since the people have not seriously objected, despite his making fast work of the utter destruction of our country, Obama has launched his bid for re-election.
Unless he is appropriately removed from office in handcuffs beforehand, he will be re-elected in 2012 and there are at least a billion reasons why.
Money Talks
Obama won an illegal and unconstitutional election in 2008. We all know it and yet nobody seems interested in doing anything about it.
For all practical purposes, he ran unopposed, which is how he won every election he ever entered. Running against John McCain was essentially running unopposed, as McCain is no more popular among constitutionally grounded free-market Americans than Obama, Biden or Clinton.
The money tells the story…
Obama (D) - $745 million
McCain (R) - $368 million
Nader (I) - $4 million
Barr (L) - $1 million
Baldwin (C) - $258k
McKinney (G) - $199k
 
In 2008, Obama was elected by only 22.4% of the U.S. population - approximately 44.8% of eligible voters. He raised 66.6% of the presidential campaign money, compared to 32.9% raised by McCain-Palin. Though Obama only had the support of 22.4% of Americans, he was able to defeat John McCain by a 53.7% - 46.3% popular vote margin with 67.8% of the Electoral College vote.
Obama is ineligible for office and he is clearly in no way qualified for the job. But his 2-to-1 financial advantage over McCain won the day. Despite the fact that most of the nation believes in constitutional conservatism, name one candidate they will all get behind in 2012?
Third Party Divisions
Many are rightfully upset with both primary political parties today. The rhetoric from these two parties might be different, but the policies really aren't.
Libertarians Ron and Rand Paul abandoned the third party fantasy years ago, running and winning as Republicans. Bernie Sanders and John Conyers led the wave of socialists running as Democrats and today, the DNC is the Socialist Party in America.
All who continue trying to play ball without stepping on the field, continue to prove that we have a two party republican system, not a multi-party democratic parliament.
Third party candidates have NO chance of winning national elections in this country, unless you redefine winning. They can't raise adequate funding and they don't have the political machinery to compete with a billion dollar candidate. They can't win, unless dividing the right is the real goal.
Millions have adopted the title "constitutionalist" over the last several years when all politicians behaved as though they have never heard of the document. But when a candidate ran as a "constitutionalist" in 2008, the candidate was stuck in a $258k campaign against Obama who had raised $745 million, and McCain who had raised $368 million.
Third party believers say that money shouldn't be the deciding factor and they are right, it shouldn't be. However, money talks or better yet, allows the candidate to talk, to reach their audience, get their vision and message out to the masses. Without the money, nobody will ever hear your message much less grasp your vision.
Third party candidates can't win, but they can continue to divide the conservative vote, making it difficult for any Republican to defeat Obama. The Perot factor gave us Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. Attacking candidates from the right will only leave the door wide open for the left, again.
Who Can Beat Obama in 2012?
There are at least seventeen Republicans considering a run for the White House in 2012. Polling data is all over the board on potential 2012 candidates. But let me focus you on one simple question – can any of these candidates gain the full support of the anti-Obama right, and raise a billion dollars to run against Obama in 2012?
Can any of these candidates compete with a billion dollar incumbent candidate who has the entire news media behind his campaign for re-election? Unless Trump and Romney pool their personal wealth on a ticket, I don't see it happening.
It will cost close to a billion dollars to defeat Obama a year from now. How committed to defeating Obama is the political right and what candidate will they bet a billion bucks on and then vote for en masse come November 2012?
Obama will raise a billion for his re-election campaign, much of it from overseas. The weight of the international socialist community of union organizers will be behind Obama's campaign, just as it was in 2008.
But no international conservatives are going to fund any Republican candidate. For anyone to defeat Obama, the money will have to come from American conservatives. Being conservative by nature, and disenchanted with the current crop of Republicans, I wonder where that money will from and which candidate can unite the political right to that magnitude?
What Republican Will Reverse Course After the Election?
The damage done to our nation during the first Obama administration is overwhelming. They have destroyed our economy, our position in the world, our defenses, our national sovereignty, our foreign diplomacy, our individual freedom and liberty.
What Republican is armed and ready to reverse all of it upon taking the oath? Which Republican has the ability and the backbone for the task at hand?
ONE can defeat Obama, but we do not yet know who that ONE is. Even if we did, the divisions in the political right are so many and so deep now that it is hard to imagine the political right uniting behind any candidate today.
And even if we find a winner and get behind that candidate with everything we have, can that candidate, will that candidate do the very challenging job of steering this nation away from the abyss? Are Republicans elected in 2010 doing what they promised in their campaigns?
Tough times lie ahead no matter the outcome of the next election. The left has driven the wealthiest nation on earth into third world status and there will be no quick or painless way out of this mess.
The music is still playing, but it's time to pay the band. Hard choices have to be made and not on the basis of political gain. The people must take back their government in 2012 or there will be nothing left to salvage long before 2016.
We know what we must do – but we don't yet agree on how to get it done. The so-called "front-runners" enjoy the support of only about 14% of their voting public. We will have to do much better than that to even enter the race.
In a free republic, the people do have the power. What will they do with that power in 2012?
At the end of the day, there is really only one reason why Obama is very likely to win re-election – evil prevails whenever good people fail to prevent it.
